The Matrix Ceiling Bar can be used in residential, commercial and or hospitality spaces. It works great at home over the kitchen island, home office, bar or dining table.

It our goal to process all within 24 hours. Processing includes verifying order address, picking item from warehouse, giving it a final quality check, and sending you a tracking number.

We use UPS, FedEx and DHL on over 95% of our orders. Once shipped, your light will arrive at your home, office, or project site within 4-5 days. We, nor these large delivery companies are perfect. They do lose packages. They do damage packages during transit.

Due to our unique designs, quality manufacturing and expedited processing, our products are in high demand. We do have relationships with some commercial customers who often purchase items is large quantities.

We are in the process of trying to create separate inventory and process for our commercial customers but they do sometimes buy out our inventory. We typically can restock almost every product with 7-14 days.

It takes about 30 minutes to install the Titan Rings Chandelier.

1. Turn off circuit power to power supply wires or existing light you plan to remove.

2. Install the linear metal bracket to the ceiling. The light ceiling plate will attache to this bracket.

3. Connect the power supply wires from ceiling to light fixture.

4. Connect the ceiling plate to the linear metal bracket on the ceiling.

5. Attached the power supply to the light.

6. Pre-adjust potential high of the bar.

7. Turn power back on and enjoy!

The driver for this light is designed to utilize 220v. We offer a 1 year warranty.

We highly encourage that you carefully inspect the product before and as you remove it from the packaging. If you see anything that concerns you please contact us immediately - before you install the fixture.

We highly encourage that you test the light before you hang the light in its final position. All lights are fully tested before shipping - so we have verified they work properly.

Installing electrical lights can be very simple and many individuals are capable of doing this but we always encourage using a qualified electrician if you are not comfortable with the installation process.
