At Haus of Interiors, we design and supply high-quality lighting products. If your order is not suitable, the return options below outline when and how a return may be accepted. Our warehouse is based in Oxford, United Kingdom.
Important: Inspect Your Delivery
You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If the outer packaging is damaged: Take clear photos before opening the box.
- If the product is damaged: Photograph the damage clearly and do not install the item.
- Before installation: Test the light where possible using a standard power source. Most wall and ceiling lights can be tested prior to installation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:
- Email help@hausofinteriors.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, clear photos or video evidence, and a brief description of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Change of Mind Returns (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return:
- The item must be unused and not installed
- The item must be returned in original packaging
- The item must be returned in resaleable condition
Installation of a product constitutes acceptance of the goods and voids the right to cancel.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Outdoor lighting
- Individual parts or components
- Made-to-order or semi-custom products
- Special orders
- Items that have been installed or modified
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all change-of-mind returns.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, email help@hausofinteriors.uk with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
