Returns and Exchanges
At Haus of Interiors, we’re committed to delivering exceptional lighting and a seamless shopping experience. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right. Our warehouse is based in Oxford.
IMPORTANT: Inspect Your Delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives:

If the outer box is damaged: Take clear photos before opening.

If the product inside is damaged: Take photos of the affected areas and do not install the item.

Before installing: Test your light by plugging it into a standard outlet where possible (ceiling and wall lights can usually be tested prior to full installation).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective:

Contact help@hausofinteriors.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the issue and a short description.

We’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Return Eligibility
Eligible items can be returned within 21 days of delivery if they meet these conditions:

Unused and not installed

In original packaging
Non-returnable items include:

Clearance/final sale items

Outdoor lighting

Individual parts or components

Made-to-order or semi-custom products

Special orders
Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.
