Processing & Delivery
Due to high demand for the Matrix Rings, our production is currently operating in weekly batch cycles with our vertically integrated manufacturing team.
To meet growing volume, we’ve implemented advanced machining—including robotics—to enhance precision and accelerate turnaround. Each week, a new batch is produced and sent to our warehouse. However, it's not uncommon for full batches to sell out before they even arrive.
Because of this, same-day shipping is not always available. While we do ship in-stock items quickly, please allow for a 4–6 week delivery window for made-to-order or larger quantities.
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way—and as always, if your timeline is tight, contact us to confirm current stock or request a rush shipment.
Installation Effort
It takes about 45 minutes to install the Matrix Rings Chandelier.
1. Turn off circuit power to power supply wires or existing light you plan to remove.
2. Install the X metal bracket to the ceiling. The light ceiling plate will attache to this bracket.
3. Connect the power supply wires from ceiling to light fixture.
4. Connect the ceiling plate to the X metal bracket on the ceiling. This complete set up if 1 ring.
5. Attached the power supply and support the rings if multiple rings.
6. Turn power back on and enjoy!

220V power connects to driver that convert the power source to supplies 24v to the LED light sources. 3 year base warranty. 5 year option available.
